The Customise Toolbars dialogue box explained

Displays a list of the available toolbars. Select a check box to display a toolbar.
De-select a check box to hide a toolbar.
Select this check box to display tooltips when the mouse pointer is placed over a
toolbar button. A tooltip is a description of the function of a toolbar button.
Select this check box to display the shortcut key associated with a tooltip, when the
mouse pointer is placed over a toolbar button. The Show Tooltips check box
must be selected for the With Shortcut Keys option to be enabled.
Restores the toolbar you have selected (highlighted) in the Toolbars
box to its default settings.
Restores all of the original toolbars listed in the Toolbars box to their default
settings. Custom toolbars remain unchanged.
Displays the Toolbar Name dialogue box. Enter a name and click OK to create a new
toolbar.
Displays the Toolbar Name dialogue box of the selected (highlighted) custom
toolbar name in the Toolbars box. Enter a new name and click OK to rename an
existing toolbar. Only custom toolbars can be renamed.
Deletes the selected (highlighted) toolbar name in the Toolbars box. Only
custom toolbars can be deleted.
